Synopsis
A motorcycle speeds through Niger. On board, Moussa, a young Tuareg and, hidden in his vehicle, about fifty tablets of tramadol, one of the most popular narcotics in West Africa. By following Moussa, we go to meet the retailers and users of this opioid.
Biografie van de regisseur
Photographer, journalist, documentary filmmaker and researcher. Since 2019, she lives in Tunis. Before that, she spent nearly two years in Agadez, in northern Niger. This led her to work on migration and security in the Sahel. She is also a doctoral student at the University of Tilburg in the Netherlands where she studies human trafficking in Libya. Currently, in the press, she works most often with Le Point, Le Soir and Inkyfada. She is also a member of the Hans Lucas agency.
