Since its creation, the Millenium Festival has aimed to support the emergence of new Belgian talents by organizing premieres of their films and promoting them in the media. The festival has always been dedicated to providing a platform for these emerging voices, helping them gain visibility and recognition in the industry.

Our Young Vision Competition is at the heart of this mission, offering about thirty emerging Belgian filmmakers a unique opportunity to present their works in front of a prestigious jury and share their experiences with the audience and film professionals. This competition is an essential space for young filmmakers to showcase their creativity and vision, fostering connections and collaborations with key figures in the world of cinema.
