Synopsis

The documentary traces the history of the Greek debt and outlines the responsibilities of the political class. It draws on the situation in Ecuador and Argentina to support the idea that an audit report is required to negotiate the cancellation of a portion of the “odious” debt. Shot with the personal funds of the directors and donations from some friends, it is freely distributed on debtocracy.gr. In less than ten days, nearly 600,000 visitors have viewed it.
