Synopsis
Brussels Close-Up follows a street photographer in Brussels who uses unexpected flash photography to capture the essence of strangers in public spaces.
Through an upcoming exhibition, he aims to challenge the notion of art and explore the boundary between candid documentation and artistic expression.
