Director's Biography
Haidy Kancler (a.k.a. Maja Senekovič) is a freelance film director from Slovenia. She graduated from the University of Media and Communication Arts in Maribor. Her work field are multi-cam television shows, films, corporate presentations and ads. She explored though films about foster children and the world of the deaf. In 2015, she directed a documentary for television, “Terminus Brig”, which received one year later the Louise Weiss Prize from the Association of European Journalists at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Paris. Established in Switzerland, she lives between Geneva and Los Angeles.
