October 10, 2024, 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
What is the role of the media in war, post-war, and peacebuilding? What is the impact of the media on civil society in discussions aimed at building lasting peace?
To explore these questions, join the screening of the film “Postwar Album.
“Twenty-five years after the Siege of Sarajevo, Spanish war reporter Gervasio Sánchez returns to the scene. He meets the adults he photographed in their childhood, having chosen to capture life rather than death and destruction. What memories do these survivors have of that period as children? How has this seemingly incomprehensible and absurd war changed their lives?”
