Each year, the Millenium Festival invites the greatest documentary filmmakers that have their heart set on sharing their field experience with film-lovers.
This year, we are proud to offer high-quality masterclasses with world-renowned filmmakers. Leading filmmakers, including director Ken Loach, will their expertise during the 17th edition of the Millennium Festival, which will take place from March 28 to April 6 2025. The programme of masterclasses provided an exceptional cinematic experience.


The Millenium Festival has the privilege of presenting a masterclass with a legend of engaged cinema: Ken Loach. A two-time Palme d’Or winner at Cannes, the British filmmaker has left an indelible mark on the history of cinema with his unique style and his ability to brilliantly blend cinematic art and social activism. His films, true mirrors of human struggles and realities, have influenced generations of cinephiles and continue to resonate with rare depth and authenticity.
This masterclass promises to be an exceptional moment, where Ken Loach will reflect on his entire body of work, his creative process, his distinctive style, and his artistic explorations. A fascinating dive into the universe of a filmmaker who has turned art into a tool for change and reflection.

However, his passion for cinema and his desire to share his knowledge remain undiminished. He will record a special masterclass so that the Millenium Festival audience can still benefit from his expertise and unique vision of cinema.
