Synopsis
A knife in his pocket and a dream in his head: to be the number one gangster. To the eyes of the authorities, 15-year-old Yehya is a “hardened criminal” ; to his own eyes he is “one of the top ten in Neukölln”. He is the son of Palestinian refugees from the Lebanon, a family without any criminal case. At 17, he is sentenced to three years without parole for armed robbery. The film follows Yehya and his family through his time in prison where he is confronted to the consequences of his deeds. Beyond the walls, his brothers follow the same wicked path in front of their powerless parents.
