With the aim of offering a dynamic support to documentary creation, young filmmakers are invited to participate in pitching sessions with documentary cinema professionals in Brussels (producers, backers, broadcasters…)

The ‘5 O’Clock’ meetings are aimed at professionals of the audiovisual field from Belgium and elsewhere. Starting from films presented during the Festival, directors, jury members and professionals will share their experiences on the various aspects of documentary creation. How to tell your story? How to structure your film? How to interact with your protagonists? How much is your work worth?
This year will feature a special meeting around Jacques Bidou, President of the International Jury, and Belgian director Thierry Michel (L’homme qui répare les femmes, Les Enfants du hasard).
