The 24th of March the Millenium Festival will start with the Opening Panel Debate which will take place at BOZAR at 6pm on the thematic :

 

THE DIFFICULT JOB OF BEING A GLOBAL CITIZEN

In a world every day more globalized, the fields of development and international cooperation are in transition.

 

Why are the relationships between citizens and institutions dysfunctional?

What do we need to establish a new type of relation between the decision-makers and the people? What role could art play to resolve this disconnection?

 

This debate represents a unique opportunity to list to a panel of prestigious speakers, express and exchange your convictions with them:
